Ask AI-Leen Prompt Examples
Example: “We are discussing a new way to have meetings, and I want to get the best thinking on the table. What curious questions can I ask to get the team going?”
Example: “Repeatedly in meetings one team member turns off their camera and seems distracted. How can I plan a conversation with them to talk about getting them to actively listen?”
Example: “I am in a meeting and people are on their phones and laptops. Only one person is actively listening what do I do?”
Example: “I have an employee that loves to participate and regularly dominates our meetings. How can I manage them during our next meeting?”
Example: “I have an employee that disagrees with every new idea. How can I deal with this in meetings?”
Example:  “AI-Leen my SCARF model trigger is _____. What should I do when someone in a meeting triggers me?”
Example:  “AI-Leen I triggered someone in a meeting. I think it was a SCARF model “Certainty Trigger” what do I do?”
Example, “Whenever we meet with Marketing my team stops contributing and clearly is not comfortable. How can I talk to the Marketing lead about this?”
Example, “My colleague regularly gets frustrated when people disagree with his ideas. I don’t think it is getting the best thinking on the table. What can I do?” 
Example: “I have a meeting with my colleague and I want to get their input. They are an “S” on the DiSC and I want to make sure they are heard. How can I make sure the D’s don’t speak over them?”
Example:  “I am a D on the DiSC and I have to share some negative feedback for my employee who is an “I”.  Can you give me advice on how to prepare for the conversation?”
Example: “I am a C on the DiSC and I would like to make this email better for my boss who is a D. Can you rewrite this email for me so that it is easier for my boss to read?”
