As co-founder and President of Know2Grow, Abigail leverages her experience as a business President, Operations Executive and Chief Product & Design Officer to offer practical and tactical business products and solutions to foster sustainable growth for clients. Abigail has a proven track record building and transforming both small and large organizations with revenues ranging between $40M to over $2B.
For over a decade, Abigail created new business models and digital products to drive customer satisfaction and financial results simultaneously. Having spent over 3 years in the digital product development sector, Abigail understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities working with the best of the best in the digital space to evolve businesses while managing deadlines and financial returns.
Abigail thrives in developing programs for cross-functional teams to deliver YoY revenue and profitable growth. She brings an analytical mindset balanced with sound business acumen, critical to helping others advance mission-critical initiatives and projects.
In past roles, Abigail was the President of a Healthcare Staffing Company, Executive Vice President of a $200+M General Staffing Zone, and Founder of a Business Process Improvement Consulting company.

Eileen Habelow, PhD.
As co-founder of Know2Grow and the President & Founder of Leadership-Link, Eileen is focused on improving the performance of Teams and Team Leaders and facilitating organizational effectiveness through a combination of custom client services. For over 10 years, Eileen’s efforts have focused on Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries to provide incredibly smart, dedicated professionals tools to increase their interpersonal and team effectiveness.
Eileen has conducted extensive academic literature searches and written critical summaries of the research regarding practices of high-performance teams in the areas of team formation, effective decision-making, capitalizing on conflict, and cognitive bias. Her focus is the practical application of empirical research to drive team and team leader performance.
In past roles, Eileen was the senior leader of Organizational Development for an HR consulting company and led a team of business leaders through organizational transformation, culture change, business process improvement, and management strategy and a Founder of Performance Improvement Consulting, LLC.
Eileen holds a Ph.D. in Education Psychology from Temple University, a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work also from Syracuse University.
