Ask AI-Leen Prompt Examples

Ask AI-Leen is your AI-powered, on-demand coach who has been trained on the concepts and models you learned in the workshop.  You access Ask AI-Leen via the icon that pops up on the bottom right corner of your screen.

You can ask AI-Leen to help you plan conversations, recall models, and even role play.  Ask AI-Leen is not trained on what you share, does not record what you say, and does not remember from session to session.  She is the safest trusted advisor and thought partner you have!

Below are some sample prompts you can use with Ask AI-Leen to apply what you have learned.
Example: “AI-Leen, I need to help my team move past frustration about recent layoffs. Give me 3 genuinely curious questions I can ask to help them feel heard.”
“AI-Leen, I want to coach a team member who is burned out but still showing up. Help me script an opening and 3 follow-up questions using Mirror, Label, and Pause.”
Example: “AI-Leen, my team keeps telling themselves negative stories about the change. Suggest 2 reframing questions that align with the ‘What Else Could Be True?’ principle.”
Example: “AI-Leen, I need to redirect conversations toward the future. Give me 3 person-focused, future-oriented questions I can use in 1:1s this week.”
Example: “AI-Leen, I want to manage my own stress better as a leader. Suggest 2 ways to separate what I can control, what I can influence, and what I must let go of.”
Example: “AI-Leen, one of my team members keeps jumping to worst-case assumptions about leadership decisions. Give me 3 step-by-step questions I can use to walk them back down the Ladder of Inference.”
