You can access Ask AI-Leen, your AI-powered people coach, by clicking on her icon at the bottom right of every page.  Use the following prompts as examples for how you can use AI-Leen how to practice applying what you learned in your session.

Example: “We are discussing a new way to have meetings, and I want to get the best thinking on the table. What curious questions can I ask to get the team going?”
Example: “Repeatedly in meetings one team member turns off their camera and seems distracted. How can I plan a conversation with them to talk about getting them to actively listen?”
