Introduction to the DISC

In this 30-minute LearningBurst, you will get to know how the DISC profile can help communication and interactions when you appreciate style differences, understand your style, and learn how to adapt your style to improve relationships. Prior to completing this LearningBurst you should complete an online DiSC assessment.

There are several different versions of the DISC.  This introductory course uses a 'generic' version.  At Know2Grow, we partner with Wiley and use the Wiley Everything DiSC model.  Please contact us if you'd like to complete the Wiley DiSC.
