This introductory LearningBurst is highly interactive around a critical, personal topic that requires all to be open-minded and focused on the impact of our words and actions on others. You will be exposed to examples of words, actions, habits that can convey an unconscious bias and when acted upon, make someone feel like they are not in the ‘in group’, not included. The goals of the LearningBurst are to get learners to acknowledge bias, recognize it, and use tools to disrupt it before it harms others.
